St. John's night. 24 June
Night of stars and mystery. A popular tradition has it, that women breaking an egg into a glass of water at night, will, the following morning(dependant on the form the egg has taken) know the type of work their future husbands will do.


- St. Oronzo's Feast - 25-26-27 August



It is one of the most important events of the summer. St. Oronzo is the patron saint of the white city. The feast goes on for three days, and the main attraction of this manifestation is the famous CAVALCADE. It consists of a procession of horses which are harnessed with a typical red costume. This costume is embroidered by clever hands. The cavalcade follows the statue of the saint during the procession.

- Fair of August


This fair exhibits and sells all of the typical products and articles that can be found in our warm southern land. Including handcrafted items. Additionally the fair exhibits and sells products from the commercial, industrial, agricultural and artistic side of Apulia.

- ZACAREDDE -

This antiques market is situated around the boundary wall of the of the beautiful town villas which are full of majestic plants and trees, giving a wonderful scent of freshness to the ambient surroundings. The market is held on the second Sunday of every month of the year


- Fair of old time - 15 August


You'll find this fair in the historic centre of "The White City". It is held in the picturesque narrow and whitewashed streets; where you'll all the hold arts and crafts, experience the traditions and tastes of Ostuni. You'll be also able to get to know about traditional customs. During the visit to this fair you'll have the opportunity to taste the typical recipes of our local gastronomy.

- Living Crib - 25 December 5-6 January

You'll feel the warmth of the magic Christmas visiting our living crib, that you'll find in the heart of our historic centre, with his streets full of local colour that remember medieval village.
